recent news

February 2022 saw the first official, and extremely successful, visit to 4 of the Indonesian National parks in over 2 years! Having not been able to visit due to the pandemic, this felt like an exciting new chapter. Following initial training in the MARRS method in 2019, each National Park has remained proactive and engaged in reef restoration, taking the initiative to continue using the community led MARRS approach to deploy thousands of Reef Stars. Each of these National Parks have played a significant role in contributing towards our restoration footprint in Indonesia, where we have planted more than 400,000 corals covering 40,000m2.
